tagadata is a news aggregator. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from our users.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. There are no contact forms that store any information.
The app saves only your country preference (e.g. "cl" or "ec") in your browser's localStorage to remember your selection between visits. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.
On your first visit, we make a request to an IP geolocation service (ip-api.com) solely to suggest the most relevant country. We do not log or store your IP address in our systems.
We do not use cookies of any kind — neither first-party nor third-party.
tagadata displays headlines linked to external news outlets. When you click an article, you are taken to that outlet's website, which has its own privacy policy independent of tagadata.
YouTube videos are loaded on demand (only when you click play). YouTube may set its own cookies when a video is played.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tracking or advertising tools.
tagadata does not collect data from any user, including children.
If we ever introduce any data collection practices in the future, we will update this page and communicate the changes clearly.
